Daniel is trying to sniff a rose in the garden
“cup” is the word
It seems the first word Daniel has consciously said is … “cup” π
And Samuel can now crawl just a little bit, although he is not enjoying the process. But he likes to be stand when we help him with it!
More updates soon!
Cudlik and Koosyomik
It has been a while since we called Daniel “our Cudlik”. A Cudlik is a little person who likes to have a cuddle. He’s not so much after our cuddles right now, very independant and very active little man. But not so much time ago he would love a cuddle or two, so Cudlik was his nick name.
As to Samuel – somehow we’ve called him “our Koosyomik” – no idea what this means but it sounds pretty cool and cute. It has originated from Samuel – Syoma – Syomik …
I hope the little people will enjoy their nick names when they are a bit older too π
Samuel on a walk in London
Our little one was trying to impress us yesterday with his smiley face … and it worked π !
Check out some of the latest photos. Note that Samuel is going to be 4 months on the 3rd of June, but his t-shirt, jamper, trousers and the red rain coat all belong to Daniel who could wear them not so much time ago! In fact on many NY 2010 photographs Daniel is wearing the same jamper!
Family Day out in Bristol

Some updates
Right… some updates:
a) Daniel seems to be feeling better after a viral infection, although he’s teething intensively and we are hoping for some new teeth to come out soooooon!
b) he’s also mastered drinking using a straw, and lots of other small but still amazing things
c) Samuel is moving on, getting bigger π he’s becoming a very active little man and gets quickly bored if we leave him in his cot
d) we have somehow squeezed the veryΒ first laugh out of Samuel just yesterday, sounds not too bad actually π
6.940 and growing!
Little Sammy keeps surprising us with his progress, at least in terms of his weight. He’s 6.94kg (it is about 15.3 lbs) at his 3 months and 1 week.
We sometimes wonder how big he will be at 6 months π We’ll see this soon!
